Process Method

(1)Tape Laying:
Magnetic stripe is stamped onto Overlay by heated roller, and peeling off the PET carrier.

Recommended Process Condition during Tape Laying
Roll temperature：(140~190)℃
Roll Speed：(6~12)meter/minute

（2）Lamination:
Laminate the overlay which with magnetic stripe on PVC sheet.

Recommended Process Condition during laminating
Laminate Temperature:(120～150)℃
Laminate Duration:(20-25) Minute

(3)Over Printing
Customer can print Silver ink, White ink, 4 color press and UV Varnish over on the magnetic stripe, and the magnetic stripe will be hided under the printing picture.

Thickness of over printing：(7~10)μm
