Product Structure
(1). Structure
(2). How It Works
After pressure, the microcapsules are broken, the color-forming materials in the microcapsule and the color-developing materials react each other, showing red color. The degree of microcapsule broken is determined by the value of pressure, the greater the pressure, the more microcapsule damage, the higher the color density. Conversely, the lower the density of the color.
Storage
- Avoid direct sunlight and fire sources. For long term storage, please keep the room temperature at below 15 ℃ and avoid sunlight. The unused L and K film should be put back into the original packaging bag (L film in black poly bag, K film in blue poly bag) and store in the packaging box.
- Don't contact with the following items: Carbonless copying paper; water, oil, solvent and other chemicals; Plasticizers and plastic products which contain plasticizers; Rubber and eraser; Oily handwriting.
- The K film after indicating color should be put into the paper bag. A few K films store together, make sure the color surface does not touch each other. Better to separate by white paper.
- The color film samples will fade to a certain extent with the extension of time. Suggest to scan the image to store.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the pressure measurement range of the High Pressure (HS) film?
A1: The pressure range for the High Pressure (HS) film is 50-130 Mpa.
Q2: In what applications is this pressure measurement film used?
A2: It is widely used in electronics circuits, LCDs, semiconductors, automotive industries, lithium-ion batteries, and during the installation of mechanical equipment.
Q3: How does the color density relate to the applied pressure?
A3: When pressure is applied, microcapsules break and react to turn red. Greater pressure breaks more microcapsules, resulting in a higher color density, whereas lower pressure results in a lower color density.
Q4: What are the recommended temperature and humidity conditions for using the film?
A4: The recommended operating temperature is 20℃-35℃, and the recommended relative humidity is 35%RH-80%RH.
Q5: How should the film be stored for the long term?
A5: For long-term storage, keep the room temperature below 15 ℃, avoid direct sunlight and fire sources, and return unused films to their original packaging bags.
Q6: What substances should not contact the pressure measurement film?
A6: Avoid contact with carbonless copying paper, water, oils, solvents, chemicals, plasticizers, plastic products containing plasticizers, rubber, erasers, and oily handwriting.
