    It has very good resistance to heat, ENIG, and has excellent insulation, halogen-free. It complies with the Directive 2002/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in electrical and electronic equipment.

    LK-ZF600 should be used in a clean environment with a temperature of 20-25°C and a humidity of 50-60%RH. Use yellow light (UV filtering) for lighting; avoid using white electric lights or daylight.

    When the product temperature reaches room temperature, open the can, mix with a ratio by weight of 75 parts LK-ZF600 and 25 parts CA LK-HD600, and stir thoroughly.

    Pot Life: 24 hours when stored in a dark place at ≤ 25°C (77°F).

    • Screen Mesh: 100-130
    • Screen Mesh Angle: 45° Bias
    • Stand Time: 10 to 30 minutes after printing.
    • Mask Thickness: Approximately 20μm (after curing). If it is too thick, the drying time will be longer.
    Tack Dry & Storage Notes
    • Avoid direct sunlight and fire sources. For long term storage, keep room temperature below 15°C and avoid sunlight. Put unused L film in black poly bags, and K film in blue poly bags inside the original packaging box.
    • Do not contact with: Carbonless copying paper, water, oil, solvents, other chemicals, plasticizers, rubber, erasers, or oily writing.
    • Put K film after indicating color into paper bags. When storing multiple K films together, separate them with white paper to prevent the color surfaces from touching.
    • Color film samples will fade over time. It is recommended to scan the images for storage.

    Energy requirements (under phototool):

    Green 600mJ / cm² minimum

    Orange-red 500mJ / cm² minimum

    The exposure energy depends on the substrate type and the mask thickness. Select the appropriate exposure amount according to the size of the undercut. Stand for 10 to 30 minutes after exposure.

    • Solution: 1% by wt. Sodium Carbonate
    • pH: 10.6 minimum
    • Temperature: 29 - 31°C
    • Spray Pressure: 0.15 - 0.2 MPa
    • Dwell Time: 40 - 70 seconds in developing chamber
    • Water Rinse: Below 30°C water temperature, 0.1 - 0.15 MPa pressure, for 30 - 50 seconds to remove developer solution.
    Final Cure

    Temperature: 150°C in a conveyorized oven
