Product Structure
(1) Structure
(2) How It Works
After pressure, the microcapsules are broken, the color-forming materials in the microcapsule and the color-developing materials react each other, showing red color. The degree of microcapsule broken is determined by the value of pressure, the greater the pressure, the more microcapsule damage, the higher the color density. Conversely, the lower the density of the color.
Storage
- Avoid direct sunlight and fire sources: For long term storage, please keep the room temperature at below 15 ℃ and avoid sunlight. The unused L and K film should be put back into the original packaging bag (L film in black poly bag, K film in blue poly bag) and store in the packaging box.
- Avoid contact with the following items: Carbonless copying paper; water, oil, solvent and other chemicals; Plasticizers and plastic products which contain plasticizers; Rubber and eraser; Oily handwriting.
- Storage of color-indicated K film: The K film after indicating color should be put into the paper bag. If storing a few K films together, make sure the color surfaces do not touch each other. It is recommended to separate them with white paper.
- Fading precaution: The color film samples will fade to a certain extent over time. It is suggested to scan the image for digital storage.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the pressure range of the High Pressure (HS) film?
The High Pressure (HS) film is designed to measure pressure ranges from 50 to 130 Mpa.
In what industries is this Pressure Measurement Film applied?
It is widely used in electronic circuits, LCD displays, semiconductors, automotive industries, lithium-ion battery manufacturing, and the installation of mechanical equipment.
How does the color density change with pressure?
The film reacts to pressure by breaking microcapsules. Greater pressure breaks more microcapsules, resulting in a higher (darker) red color density. Lower pressure results in a lighter color density.
What are the recommended environmental conditions for measurement?
For optimal precision, it is recommended to use the film at a temperature of 20℃ to 35℃ and a relative humidity of 35%RH to 80%RH.
How should unused film be stored?
Keep unused film in its original packaging (black poly bag for L film, blue poly bag for K film) and store in a box. Keep the room temperature below 15℃ and avoid direct sunlight and fire sources.
Will the color-indicated film samples fade?
Yes, the color film samples will fade over time. It is highly recommended to scan the color-indicated film to preserve the image digitally.
