Processing Parameters
Mixing Instructions
Use in a clean environment (Temp: 20-25°C, Humidity: 50-60%RH). Use yellow light (UV filtering); avoid white electric lights or daylight.
Open can at room temperature, mix 75 parts LK-ZF600 and 25 parts CA LK-HD600 by weight, and stir thoroughly.
Pot life: 24 hours (stored in a dark place at ≤ 25°C / 77°F).
Screen Printing
•Screen Mesh: 100-130
•Screen Mesh Angle: 45° Bias
•Stand Time: 10 to 30 minutes after printing
•Mask Thickness: ~20μm (after curing). If too thick, drying time will increase.
FPC Pre-cleaning Process:
Pickling ➔ Washing ➔ Sandblasting ➔ Washing ➔ Drying
Tack Dry & Storage Precautions
1 Avoid direct sunlight and fire sources. For long-term storage, maintain room temperature below 15°C. Return unused L and K films to original packaging (L film in black poly bag, K film in blue poly bag) and store in the packaging box.
2 Avoid contact with carbonless copying paper, water, oil, solvents, other chemicals, plasticizers, plastic products containing plasticizers, rubber, erasers, and oily handwriting.
3 Place K film in a paper bag after indicating color. When storing multiple K films together, ensure color surfaces do not touch each other; separate them using white paper.
4 Color film samples will fade over time. It is suggested to scan the image for digital storage.
Exposure
Energy Requirements (under phototool):
•Green: Min. 600mJ / cm²
•Orange-red: Min. 500mJ / cm²
*Exposure energy depends on the substrate type and mask thickness. Adjust according to the undercut size. Stand for 10-30 minutes after exposure.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the key performance benefits of the LK-ZF600 series?
The LK-ZF600 series offers excellent heat resistance, compatibility with ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold) processes, outstanding electrical insulation, and is halogen-free. It is fully compliant with the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
What is the mixing ratio and pot life for LK-ZF600?
The components should be mixed in a weight ratio of 75 parts LK-ZF600 to 25 parts CA LK-HD600. Once mixed thoroughly, the pot life is 24 hours when stored in a dark place at temperatures ≤ 25°C (77°F).
What exposure energy is recommended for different colors?
For the Green color variant, a minimum exposure energy of 600mJ / cm² (under phototool) is required. For the Orange-red variant, the minimum exposure energy is 500mJ / cm² (under phototool).
What are the development parameters for this solder mask?
Development should be carried out using a 1% by weight Sodium Carbonate solution with a minimum pH of 10.6. The temperature should be maintained at 29-31°C, with a spray pressure of 0.15-0.2MPa and a dwell time of 40-70 seconds.
How should the films be stored to prevent degradation?
Store films at a room temperature below 15°C, away from direct sunlight and fire sources. Unused L and K films must be returned to their original packaging bags (black poly bag for L film, blue poly bag for K film) and kept inside the packaging box.
