Processing Parameters
MIXING
LK-ZF600 should be used in a clean environment with a temperature of 20-25°C and a humidity of 50-60%RH. Use a yellow light (UV filtering) for lighting; avoid using white electric lights or daylight.
When the product temperature reaches room temperature, open the can, mix with a ratio by weight of 75 parts LK-ZF600 and 25 parts CA LK-HD600 and stir thoroughly.
Pot life after mixing: 24 hours when stored in a dark place at ≤ 25°C (77°F).
FPC PRE-CLEANING & SCREEN PRINTING
Cleaning Process:
Pickling → Washing → Sandblasting → Washing → Drying
Screen Mesh: 100-130
Screen Mesh Angle: 45° Bias
Stand Time: 10 to 30 minutes after printing
Mask Thickness: About 20μm (after curing). If it is too thick, the drying time will be longer.
TACK DRY & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- (1) Avoid direct sunlight and fire sources. For long term storage, please keep the room temperature at below 15 ℃ and avoid sunlight. The unused L and K film should be put back into the original packaging bag (L film in black poly bag, K film in blue poly bag) and store in the packaging box.
- (2) Don’t contact with the following items: Carbonless copying paper; water, oil, solvent and other chemicals; Plasticizers and plastic products which contain plasticizers; Rubber and eraser; Oily handwriting.
- (3) The K film after indicating color should be put into the paper bag. When storing a few K films together, make sure the color surfaces do not touch each other. It is better to separate them by white paper.
- (4) The color film samples will fade to a certain extent with the extension of time. It is suggested to scan the image to store.
EXPOSURE & DEVELOPMENT
Exposure Energy:
• For Green: 600mJ / cm² minimum (under phototool)
• For Orange-red: 500mJ / cm² minimum (under phototool)
The exposure energy depends on the type of substrate and the thickness of the mask. Select the appropriate exposure amount according to the size of the undercut. Stand for 10 to 30 minutes after exposure.
• For Orange-red: 500mJ / cm² minimum (under phototool)
The exposure energy depends on the type of substrate and the thickness of the mask. Select the appropriate exposure amount according to the size of the undercut. Stand for 10 to 30 minutes after exposure.
Development Parameters:
• Solution: 1% by wt. Sodium Carbonate (pH: 10.6 minimum)
• Temperature: 29 - 31°C | Spray Pressure: 0.15 - 0.2MPa
• Dwell Time: 40 - 70 seconds in developing chamber
• Rinse: Water rinse needed to remove developer solution & dry (water temp

FINAL CURE
Curing Temperature: 150°C in conveyorized oven
Curing Time: 60 minutes at temperature
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the mixing ratio for LK-ZF600 series components?
The recommended mixing ratio by weight is 75 parts of LK-ZF600 to 25 parts of CA LK-HD600. Mix and stir thoroughly when the product reaches room temperature.
What environmental conditions are required during mixing?
Mixing should be conducted in a clean environment with a temperature of 20-25°C and a relative humidity of 50-60%RH. It is essential to use yellow light (UV filtering) and avoid white electric lights or daylight.
How long is the pot life of the mixture after mixing?
The pot life of the mixed product is 24 hours when stored in a dark place at temperatures of 25°C (77°F) or below.
What is the required exposure energy for green and orange-red colors?
The minimum exposure energy under a phototool is 600mJ/cm² for the Green variant and 500mJ/cm² for the Orange-red variant. The precise exposure amount depends on the substrate type and mask thickness.
What are the recommended parameters for final curing?
The final cure requires a temperature of 150°C in a conveyorized oven, with the product held at that temperature for a duration of 60 minutes.
