    MIXING

LK-ZF600 should be used in a clean environment with a temperature of 20-25°C and a humidity of 50-60%RH, and use a yellow light (UV filtering) for lighting, avoid using white electric lights or daylight. When the product temperature reaches room temperature, open the can, mix with a ratio by weight of 75 parts LK-ZF600 and 25 parts CA LK-HD600 and stir thoroughly.

Pot life: Pot life after mixing is 24 hours when stored in a dark place at ≤ 25°C (77°F).

    FPC PRE-CLEANING
    Pickling → Washing → Sandblasting → Washing → Drying
    SCREEN PRINTING

    Screen Mesh: 100-130
    Screen Mesh Angle: 45° Bias
Stand Time: Stand for ten to thirty minutes after printing.
Thickness: The thickness of the mask should be about 20μm (after curing), if it is too thick, the drying time will be longer.

    TACK DRY & STORAGE
    1. Avoid direct sunlight and fire sources. For long term storage, please keep the room temperature at below 15 ℃ and avoid sunlight. The unused L and K film should be put back into the original packaging bag (L film in black poly bag, K film in blue poly bag) and store in the packaging box.
    2. Don’t contact with the following items: Carbonless copying paper; water, oil, solvent and other chemicals; Plasticizers and plastic products which contain plasticizers; Rubber and eraser Oily handwriting.
    3. The K film after indicating color should be put into the paper bag. A few K films store together, make sure the color surface does not touch each other. Better to separate by white paper.
    4. The color film samples will fade to a certain extent with the extension of time. Suggest to scan the image to store.
    EXPOSURE

    Energy:
    • For Green: 600mJ / cm² minimum (under phototool)
    • For Orange-red: 500mJ / cm² minimum (under phototool)
The exposure energy depends on the type of substrate and the thickness of the mask, and the appropriate exposure amount can be selected according to the size of the undercut. Stand for ten to thirty minutes after exposure.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the environmental standards for LK-ZF600?

LK-ZF600 is halogen-free and fully complies with the Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

What is the correct mixing ratio for the components?

The correct mixing ratio by weight is 75 parts of LK-ZF600 (Green or Orange-red component) to 25 parts of CA LK-HD600 (White component).

What is the pot life of the mixed compound?

Once thoroughly mixed, the pot life is 24 hours when stored in a dark place at temperatures at or below 25°C (77°F).

What environmental conditions are required for the mixing process?

Mixing should be conducted in a clean room at a temperature of 20-25°C and relative humidity of 50-60%RH. Safe yellow lighting (UV filtering) must be used, avoiding white electric lights or direct daylight.

What is the recommended exposure energy?

The minimum exposure energy under a phototool is 600mJ/cm² for the Green version and 500mJ/cm² for the Orange-red version. The exact amount should be chosen based on substrate type and mask thickness.

How should the films be stored long-term?

For long-term storage, keep the room temperature below 15°C and avoid direct sunlight. Unused L films should be placed in black poly bags, and K films in blue poly bags, inside their original boxes.
